Terms and Conditions
1. PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT
These general terms and conditions of sale (“General Conditions”) govern the sale to end consumers (“Customers” or “Customer”) of clothing and related accessories from the Trussardi collection (“Products”) marketed by Trussardi Milano S.p.A. or another company within the same Group (“Seller”) through the dedicated area of the website https://www.trussardi.com (“Site”), following the procedures provided therein.
Sales of Products between the Seller and the Customers will be governed by these General Conditions. Products may be marketed and shipped to countries listed in the Site area where the Customer can select the shipping country. For the purposes of these General Conditions, a “final consumer” is any natural person acting for purposes not related to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity they may perform.
Products are marketed by Trussardi Milano S.p.A., with its registered office at Via Santa Barbara 11 – Alba (CN), Italy, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Cuneo, Tax Code and VAT number 04101240044, or by another company in the same Group.
For any information regarding these General Conditions and/or purchases made under them, interested parties may complete the support request form in the “Contact” section of the Site (Online Customer Support).
2. CONTRACT CONCLUSION PROCEDURES
The information and details contained on the Site should not be considered public offers: they are simply an invitation to Customers to submit purchase proposals.
The Customer’s purchase proposal is submitted when they send the electronic order form, which must be completed and confirmed on the order summary screen.
The Customer may place an order as a Registered User by accessing their reserved area with personal credentials, or as a Guest, entering only a valid email address to which the order confirmation and updates will be sent. If a Guest order is placed using an email address already associated with a registered profile, the system will automatically link the order to that profile.
If the Customer wishes to receive an invoice, they must select the appropriate option in the order form. Customers may also indicate a different shipping address from their billing information.
Once the order form has been submitted, the Customer will see an order summary page and receive an email confirming the order has been received.
By submitting the order form, the Customer agrees that any purchase contract will be governed by these General Conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller, who reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to process any order proposal if:

the data provided by the Customer is incomplete or incorrect;

the Customer does not qualify as a final consumer or does not meet payment conditions;

the ordered Products are unavailable.
In such cases, the Seller will inform the Customer by email that the order was not accepted (in whole or in part) and will refund any amounts already paid or release any pre-authorized amount.
The purchase contract is concluded only when the Seller accepts the order and sends confirmation to the Customer's email.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. The sales prices of the Products, shipping costs, and payment methods are those indicated on the Site and are expressed in euros. Product prices include VAT but exclude shipping, which will be added to the total. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time and shall not be liable for price variations.
3.2. The Customer agrees to pay for the Products using the following methods:

Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. Transactions are handled securely by Banca Sella with SSL encryption and Verisign certification. The Seller never accesses the Customer’s credit card data.

PayPal: The amount is charged upon confirmation of receipt of the order. If the order is not accepted, the amount is refunded.

Klarna: Payment in 3 interest-free installments automatically charged to the Customer’s credit card (first upon shipment, second after 30 days, third after 60 days). Klarna’s terms apply (see www.klarna.com).

Cash on Delivery: Payment in cash upon delivery. No change is given. Maximum order: €499.
4. SHIPPING METHODS
4.1. Products will be delivered according to the timing and methods indicated in the chosen delivery service. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and may vary. Once shipped, the Seller will send an email with tracking information.
4.2. Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery of the Products or to a third party designated by the Customer. If the carrier was chosen by the Customer independently, the risk passes when handed over to the carrier.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. Customers may withdraw without penalty within 14 calendar days from receiving the Products.
5.2. Withdrawal can be exercised by sending a clear declaration of withdrawal to the Seller.
5.3. A return process is available through the Customer’s personal account (“My Returns”) or the “Track your order” section for guests.
5.4. Returned Products must be undamaged, unused, unwashed, and complete with original labels.
5.5. Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying the Seller of the intention to withdraw.

5.6. Refunds will be processed as described in section 6.
6. REFUND TIME AND METHODS
6.1. If the withdrawal conditions are met, the Seller will confirm acceptance by email.
6.2. Full or partial refunds will be processed within 14 days from awareness of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the order. In case of cash-on-delivery, the Customer must provide an IBAN for the refund.
6.3. If the buyer and payer differ, the refund will go to the original payer.
6.4. If the purchase was made using a Gift Card, the amount will be refunded to the same Gift Card.

7. PRODUCTS
7.1. Products are original “Trussardi” items. Product descriptions are available on the Site. Color accuracy may vary by screen.
7.2. Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code).
7.3. If a Product is not conforming, the Customer may return it within the withdrawal period.
7.4. The Seller will inspect returned Products and notify the Customer of acceptance.
7.5. In case of non-conformity, the Customer may request a replacement or refund, depending on feasibility and cost.
8. JOINT CONCILIATION
Under Article 49(1)(v) of the Consumer Code, Customers can use Joint Conciliation if unsatisfied with complaint responses. The request should be sent to conciliazione@consorzionetcomm.it or fax 02/87181126.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Personal data processing complies with the Site’s privacy policy.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Conditions are governed by Italian law, including consumer and e-commerce legislation. Any disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the Customer’s residence or domicile.
