Returns Policy

Returns and Refunds

To open a return request click here.
The return of purchases on Trussardi.com is easy, fast and free and can be made:

- with home pickup by express courier;
- with delivery to a Poste Italiane collection point.

The return request must be activated online after the delivery of the order, within 14 days of delivery of the order and you have an additional 14 days from the activation of the return to return the items.
Please note that it is not possible to return items belonging to different orders within a single shipment. Each order must be managed with a separate return procedure. The return is free only for the first request related to each order.

The products must be returned in perfect condition, not tampered with, unworn and with the original labels. We reserve the right to refuse returns delivered to the warehouse late (more than 14 days from the activation of the return procedure) or containing items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

We will only refund items returned according to the instructions.
It is not possible to make the exchange for online purchases. 

RETURN PROCEDURE

The opening of a return request is available from the day after the order is delivered.
Please note that it is not possible to return items from different orders in a single shipment. For each order, a separate return procedure must be initiated.

INSTRUCTIONS TO OPEN THE RETURN PROCESS:

- Access your personal profile, go to the 'My Orders' section and click on 'Request Return' corresponding to the order for which you want to open the return procedure. Alternatively, if you placed the order as an unregistered user, click here to open the return process
- Select the items you want to return and choose a reason for the return
- Click 'Next Step'
- If you paid by cash on delivery, enter the IBAN of the account to which to make the refund (27-digit IBAN, written in capital letters and without spaces). Alternatively, the refund takes place on the payment method used at the conclusion of the order
- Click 'Next Step'
- Check your return details and click on 'Next Step'
- Select the return method you prefer:
1. with home pickup by express courier (indicate the day of collection you prefer)
2. with delivery to a Poste Italiane collection point (list here)
- Click 'Confirm- Check the summary of your request and click 'Confirm Return'

Once the return request has been completed, by clicking on “Track your return” you can access a detail page where you can view the status of the request and download the return label.

The label will also be sent to you by e-mail, along with the instructions to follow to complete the return.

Finally, prepare a single package with all the items you want to return, close it carefully and apply the prepaid return label and follow the return instructions in the email.

If you decide to change the return method from delivery at the Poste Italiane collection point to home return, you can request collection from the Poste Italiane website here or call +39 06 4526 3160 and follow the instructions.


REIMBURSEMENT
The refund will be authorized within 7-10 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse.

The refund is made by crediting the amount of the returned items based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
It will not be possible to make any refund if the above return instructions are not followed correctly.

In the event of a total return of an order, the shipping costs will be reimbursed, if incurred during the purchase phase, vice versa, in case of a partial return they will not be reimbursed.


CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD REFUND

The refund takes place immediately after the return is authorized. 
The crediting times depend on your bank or credit institution: in some cases it may take several days. 


PAYPAL REFUND

The refund takes place immediately after the return is authorized and can be viewed on your PayPal account within 24 hours from the authorization to the refund. 


KLARNA REIMBURSEMENT

The refund takes place on the Klarna app immediately after the return has been authorized. The crediting back to the credit or debit card will depend on your bank or credit institution.

APPLE PAY REFUND - GOOGLE PAY

If you made the payment through Apple Pay or Google Pay, the refund will automatically be credited back to the credit or debit card associated with your Apple or Google account, with the same timing as normal refunds.


CASH ON DELIVERY REIMBURSEMENT

The reimbursement is made by bank transfer. It is important that during the return activation phase, the IBAN (consisting of 27 digits, written in capital letters and without spaces) has been correctly entered in order for the refund to be processed successfully.
The costs for cash on delivery will under no circumstances be reimbursed.
The timing depends on your bank or credit institution, in some cases it may take several days.


REFUND OF ORDERS WITH DISCOUNT CODES

If you return an order for which a discount code was used, it is not possible to recover the discount code used.
The refund for partial returns will be made considering the discounted amount as spread proportionately on each item of the order on which the promotion was applied.

Example:
you purchased three items: one for 20€ already discounted (therefore not subject to the discount code), one for 30€ and one for 50€, both at full price. The total is 100€.
You used a discount code of 40€, applicable only to full price items (i.e., products from 30€ and 50€, for a total of 80€). The discount is divided proportionately between these two items: 15€ on the 30€ item and 25€ on the 50€ item.
If you decide to return only the 30€ item, you will receive a 15€ refund to your credit card. If, on the other hand, you return both the 30€ and the 50€ item, you will be reimbursed 40€ in total.
