Orders and payments
You can find your favorite products both by browsing the pages of the site and using the search engine (enter the name or code of the product to search for it). To be able to find the items you are looking for more easily, we suggest that you use the filters on our site.
You can select the desired category directly from the main menu:
- from desktop/computer at the top under the logo
- from cellphone/tablet in the upper right corner where the three horizontal lines are located
In each category it is possible to filter further by:
- category
- size
- color
- shape
- sleeves
- opening
- season
Once you have found the item, add it to the cart (if you want to buy it) or to the wishlist (if you want to buy it or view it later).
Buying on the Trussardi.com website is simple and fast:
- browse the site (or do a search) to find the items you want
- select size and color and then click on "Add to cart". Repeat for all the items you want to buy
- access the shopping cart to check the total amount, change your selection. Then click on 'Proceed with the order' or 'Checkout'
- choose whether to place the order as a registered user or as a guest
- choose the shipping method and the payment method
- complete the order; in a few days you will receive the order at the chosen address.
Within the shopping cart you can:
- change the quantity of each product, add it to the wishlist or delete it;
- verify the total amount of your order before proceeding and completing the purchase.
No, it's not necessary. You can place orders on the Trussardi.com site both as a registered user and as a guest user.
By registering on the site you will have the opportunity to manage your orders in a simpler and faster way or receive updates and newsletters on brand news.
You can make the payment using the following methods:
- Credit or debit card: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, PostePay
- PayPal: available only in Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Croatia, Slovenia, France, Spain, Portugal, Cyprus and Greece
- Klarna: available only in Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal and Greece
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Cash on delivery: available only in Italy, only for orders under 499€.

The order management costs are free for all payment methods, with the exception of cash on delivery, which costs €3.90.
The billing times depend on the payment method.
- Credit or debit card: the amount of your order is charged only when we ship the items. At the same time, you will receive an e-mail notification of the shipment. When closing your order, the amount is only pre-authorized on the payment method; if your order is canceled totally or partially, the amount will not be charged.
- PayPal: the amount is charged when the order is closed.
- Klarna: the amount is divided into 3 installments according to the regulations available at the following link.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay: the amount is pre-authorized on the payment method used at the time of the order.
- Cash on delivery: payment is made directly upon delivery by cash. We remind you that the amount must match exactly the amount of the order otherwise the delivery cannot be made.

Depending on the status of your order or your requests, you will receive email communications at different times:
Order with home delivery
For each order, we will normally send you three emails:
- confirmation of the order, immediately after the completion of the purchase
- shipping confirmation, sent directly by the express courier when taking charge of the package
- delivery confirmation, upon receipt of the package.
Cancelled order
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notification. Cancellation can take place:
- at your request, within 60 minutes of completing the purchase
- following the unavailability of one or more items in your order.
Return request
In the case of a return, we will send you three emails:
- a confirmation of the return request
- a notification of return instructions
- a notification of approval of the return, after our verification.
Check that the order confirmation email is not in the junk mail. If not, if you placed the order as a registered customer, you can check the order history available in your personal profile. Alternatively, we would be happy to help you through our Customer Care.
It’s possible that you completed your order without logging into your personal account.
- registered user, log in to your profile and visit the “Order Details” section to check the status and history of your orders.
- guest (without registration), you can view the order details by clicking the “View Order” link in your confirmation email.

An online order can be canceled for a variety of reasons. For example: out of stock products are no longer available, the payment was not successful or was not accepted, the delivery address is invalid or is not served by our express courier.
Please note: if your order (or part of it) is canceled, the price of the products that will not be shipped is released in case of payment by credit card, reimbursed in case of payment with PayPal and Klarna.
No. Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be modified. However, it is possible to cancel an order up to 60 minutes after its closing (i.e. until it is in “processing” status).
Yes. However, an order can be canceled up to 60 minutes after it is closed (i.e. as long as it is in the “In process” state). Find out how:
Registered user: log in to your personal profile and, in the "My Orders" section, click on the "Order Details" link of the purchase you want to cancel. Then follow the instructions.
Guest user: access your order page through the order confirmation email. Click on "View your order" to enter the details and proceed with the cancellation.
Shipping
We offer different shipping options based on the destination country.
- Italy: free shipping on all orders
- European Union: free shipping for orders over 189€

The total delivery times are calculated by adding the order preparation times to the shipping times.
If the garments are immediately available in stock, orders received from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are processed the same day if placed before 13:00 or the following business day, if placed after 13:00.
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are shipped the following Monday.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. Here you can find an estimate of the working days needed for delivery.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays), during normal business hours (9:00 - 19:00). In exceptional cases, shipments may be delayed due to force majeure (e.g. strikes or adverse weather conditions).

It is possible to change the shipping country by choosing the available options “Select country and language” at the top right of the desktop or from the menu of the mobile version.
No. It is possible to change the shipping address only during the online purchase phases and before completing the order.
An order can still be canceled up to 60 minutes after its closing (i.e. until it is in the "in progress" status).
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays), during normal business hours (9:00 - 19:00). In case of your absence at the time of delivery, the express courier will leave a notice of passage with instructions to request a second pass.
After this time, (in case of a failed request for a ride or a second unsuccessful delivery attempt) the package will be available for free collection at the relevant Post Office. The storage period at the competent Post Office is 10 working days, including Saturday, starting from the first business day following the date of arrival of the shipment at the office.
Once this period has elapsed, the package will return to our warehouse and the order will be canceled. The refund is authorized within 7-10 working days from the arrival of the package at the warehouse.
If you placed your order as a registered user, you can check its status in the “My Orders” section in your personal profile.
In any case, when the order is delivered to the express courier, you will receive an email from the courier to whom the shipment has been entrusted with the link to verify the route of your package from takeover to delivery.
If you haven't received the shipping confirmation email, check your junk mail and/or check the order status by accessing your order page through the order confirmation email.
Click on "View Order" to enter the details and check the order status.
When the order is delivered to the express courier, you will receive an email directly from the courier with the link to verify the route of your package (from takeover to delivery).
Consult our page dedicated to shipments to verify standard times.
If your order is late compared to standard times, check the status in the “Order Details” section in your personal profile or check the order status on the page by accessing your order page through the order confirmation email. Click on 'View Order' to enter the details and check the order status. To do this, enter your order number and your email address or billing zip code.
Here's what we suggest you do depending on the different states:
- Order in progress: if you have purchased at least one item that is not immediately available in stock, the preparation of your package may take up to 6 working days. It is possible that some products are out of stock or preparation times are longer than standard due to a large number of orders to be managed (this may happen during sales or promotions). We recommend that you contact our Customer Care.
- Order not completed: when the order has not yet been fulfilled.
- Partially completed order: when the order has been partially fulfilled.
- Order delivered: the order is delivered to the address indicated during the purchase. If you haven't actually received it, please contact our Customer Care.
Trussardi undertakes to comply with standard order preparation and shipping times. In some cases, however, there may be delays related to only one of the 2 phases (preparation and shipment of the order) or both.
- Preparation phase: at certain times of the year (sales and promotions) it is possible that the preparation of the order may be delayed due to the large influx of online purchases.
- Shipping phase: in exceptional cases, the shipment may be delayed due to force majeure (e.g.: strikes, weather conditions or customs issues where applicable).
If you placed an order on our online store and received one or more wrong products, contact our Customer Care immediately. We'll help you find a solution.
We inform you that in most cases we are forced to proceed with the activation of the return and the subsequent refund.
There are many reasons why an order is not being shipped. Here are a few examples:
- the products are out of stock
- the payment has not been authorized
- you indicated a shipping address not covered by our express courier
Returns and Refunds
If your package appears to be intact or damaged, contact our Customer Care. We will investigate the situation with our couriers to find a solution.
Of course, the items sold on our website Trussardi.com are covered by the European Legal Product Warranty. We suggest that you refer to our page dedicated to Returns and open a report to our Customer Care.
Yes, it is possible to return a product. To start the process, you will need to open a return request and once the request has been submitted, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Follow the instructions on the Returns page to find out how to make a return.
The return of all items is possible within 14 days of receiving your order, but only the first return is free. We therefore recommend that you return everything in a single solution because for further return shipments the costs will be at your expense.
The products must be returned in perfect condition, untampered with, unworn and with the original labels intact.
Trussardi reserves the right to refuse returns sent to the warehouse late (more than 14 days from the activation of the return procedure), or containing items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
To request a return, it is necessary to start the online procedure, available within 24 hours from the delivery of the package and active for the next 14 days.
Return requests can only be made once the order has been delivered.
Exchange is not possible for online orders.
Since only the first return is free, for further returns of the same order it is necessary to send the items to our warehouse within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order and the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

After shipping the item, we kindly invite you to contact our Customer Service providing the details of the returned item and attaching a photo or screenshot of the courier's waybill that you used.
We also remind you that, since this is a manual refund from the warehouse, the reimbursement times may be longer than usual.
Normally you can return products purchased online free of charge within 14 days of receiving the package by activating the return procedure as indicated in the instructions on the “Returns” page.
In some periods, the return period is exceptionally extended. We therefore suggest that you refer to the updates on the page: Returns.
Only the first return is free of charge. We therefore recommend to return everything in a single solution because for further return shipments the costs will be borne by the customer.
In the event of a total return of an order, the shipping costs will be reimbursed, if incurred during the purchase phase. In the case of a partial return, however, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed (if paid).
For Italy, the costs for cash on delivery will not be reimbursed.
Return shipping will always be free for the first return. We therefore recommend to return everything in a single solution since for further returns of the same order the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Please note: it will not be possible to refund any order if the return instructions are not followed correctly and/or the garments are not intact and in their original condition.
The refund is made by crediting back to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If the purchase was made by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

No. In case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made only by bank transfer after sharing the IBAN.
The IBAN must be correctly entered when opening the return, otherwise the reimbursement times may be extended. It is never possible to change the IBAN entered when opening the return.
Check the refund times on the payment method you used during the purchase. Find all the details by consulting the 'Returns' page: Returns.
Consider that the refund is authorized when the return is accepted within 7-10 days from the arrival of the package at the warehouse.
It is not possible to exchange products ordered online. You will have to proceed with the return request and place a new order.
Registration and Profile
Registering on the Trussardi.com website is quick and easy.
Click on Login and select the "Login" option.
No, you must be registered on the Trussardi.com site to access your personal profile. If you haven't already done so, register now.
Your personal profile can be reached:
- from a computer by clicking on the “Login” item at the top right
- from Smartphones and Tablets by clicking on the menu icon at the top right and selecting “Login” at the bottom of the page.
If you have forgotten your password, again from the Account login page, click on "Reset Password" and follow the instructions to proceed.
To manage your data, log in to your personal profile. Here you can:
- change your password and privacy preferences
- update your address book, manage your orders/returns
- modify your wish list.
Your personal profile can be reached:
- from a computer by clicking on the “Login” item at the top right
- from Smartphones and Tablets by clicking on the menu icon at the top right and selecting “Login” at the bottom.
A few simple steps are enough to reset the password of your personal profile.
Go to the Account login page, click on "Forgot your password?" and enter the email address you used to register on the site. Then click on "Reset Password" to proceed. Within a few minutes I would receive an email containing the link to set a new password.
You can sign up for the newsletter by following one of the procedures described below:
- Site registration: you give your consent to receive promotions and newsletters when registering on the site.
- Already registered user: if you are already registered on the site, access your personal profile and verify that the item “I consent to processing for marketing purposes” is selected in the “Edit consent” section.
- Unregistered user: enter your email address in the appropriate “Subscribe to the newsletter” box at the bottom of the site and click on the button on the right to confirm.
If you no longer wish to receive newsletters from Trussardi, you can proceed in two ways.
- Personal profile (registered user of the site): if you are already registered on the site, access your personal profile and change your consent to the wording “I consent to processing for marketing purposes” in the “Edit consent” section.
- Email: open the last newsletter you received, click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email and then confirm your choice.
It may take up to a week to process your request. During this time you may continue to receive email communications from Trussardi.
Contact our Customer Care to request the cancellation of your personal profile.
Promotions
Promotional codes allow you to get a discount on purchases made on the site.
To take advantage of the promotion reserved for you, log in or register your personal profile, select the products you want to buy, access the shopping cart, proceed to checkout and enter the code in the appropriate empty field in the “Discount Code” box. Then hit "Apply".
If the code has been entered correctly, the amount and/or content will be updated based on the promotion applied.
Always refer to the final price indicated at checkout:
- if the promotion is on selected items you will see the updated price highlighted in bold black in correspondence with the items subject to the discount
- if the promotion is on the entire cart, we recommend that you refer to the final price on the summary.
Remember that the code:
- it is valid for a limited period of time
- may only be applicable to a selection of products
- cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions and offers that can be activated with another code
- cannot be applied after completing the order.
Read the conditions of the promotion linked to the code to ensure that it is applicable to your order (you can find them at the bottom of the newsletter you received or in the sections of the site that describe the promotion).
All promotional codes have specific rules of use such as: the registration requirement, the period of validity, the non-cumulability with other promotional codes, the type of products purchased or the minimum order amount.
If the code has expired, it can no longer be used.
If it turns out to be invalid, make sure that the order meets all the promotion's validity criteria.
If the problem persists, make sure you typed the characters correctly.
For example: be careful not to exchange the numbers 0/1 with the letters O/I and vice versa; make sure that you have used upper and lower case letters correctly.
If you are sure that the promotional code is applicable to your order but you are unable to use it, please contact our Customer Care.
Often, promotions are only applicable to a specific selection of online products.
Read the conditions of the promotion linked to the code to make sure it is applicable to your order (you can find them at the bottom of the newsletter you received).
If you are sure that the discount code is applicable to your order but is not working properly, contact our Customer Care.
Unless otherwise specified, the discount codes (present on the site or received through the newsletter) can be used only on the online site.
The promotions on the site are not valid even in Trussardi stores, unless otherwise indicated and with the exception of exclusive online initiatives.
