Shipping from the Trussardi.com website is available only to supported countries.
You will receive an email at each stage of your order’s progress, so you can stay updated and track your purchase until delivery. You can always check your order status at https://trussardishop.com/pages/order-status or, if you checked out as a registered user, in your order history.

Total delivery times are calculated by adding order preparation times to shipping times. Please note that during sales or promotions, delivery times may be longer.

Days: All times refer to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Preparation time: Orders received Monday to Friday by 1:00 PM are processed the same day (if items are available); otherwise, they are processed the next working day. Orders received on weekends are processed the following Monday.
Shipping time: Orders are shipped with different couriers to ensure the best service. In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to force majeure (e.g., strikes, weather, customs).

EXPRESS COURIER DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered to the address provided (note: we do not ship to P.O. Boxes). Once handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track it from your "My Orders" account section.
Deliveries take place Monday to Sunday (excluding national holidays), during business hours (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM).

In case of delivery via SDA/Poste Italiane, if delivery fails, a notice will be left with instructions to request a second attempt. You can request redelivery within 3 days at www.sda.it in the "Release Shipments" section.
After that, the parcel will be available for pickup at the local post office for 7 working days (including Saturday). If uncollected, it will be returned to our warehouse and the order will be canceled.

In the case of shipping with GLS, UPS, DHL and BRT, you will receive an email on the day the package leaves and you will have until the day before delivery to manage it, moving the delivery day to the third day or asking to pick up the order at a GLS, UPS, DHL or BRT point. In the event that the delivery is not successful, the courier will leave a notice of passage with instructions to request a second pass.

In Italy, for Amazon Shipping deliveries, if delivery fails, you will receive an email to reschedule or choose a safe place for delivery.
