TRUSSARDI AT THE 78th CANNES FILM FESTIVAL

On the red carpet, Trussardi made a powerful statement through its archival pieces, each garment carrying the weight of heritage and the freedom of reinterpretation.

Actor Alex Gonzalez attended the premiere of “Bono: Stories of Surrender” in a deep blue textured suit with black detailing, drawn from the Trussardi archive and paired with loafers from the upcoming FW25 collection. Footballer Paul Pogba brought his signature charisma in a black archival Trussardi suit.

Academy Award-winning actor Adrien Brody chose a sharp, tailored suit from the house’s historic collection, balancing tradition with modern allure.

Supermodel Natasha Poly embodied Trussardi’s vision of timeless femininity in a sculptural archival gown from 1992, radiating bold sophistication and elegance.

With its clean lines and confident simplicity, the silhouette was timeless, yet infused with contemporary presence. Virna Toppi and Nicola Del Freo embraced Italian elegance in its most authentic form.
Virna wore a remarkable gown from 1992, a piece that speaks to the house’s legacy of glamour, while Nicola complemented her in a classic Trussardi suit, refined and resonant with memory. Sveva Alviti chose a long black velvet dress from the historical archive, structured with padded shoulders and a deep open back.
At Cannes, every detail becomes part of the story. Through this special presence, Trussardi reaffirms its belief in beauty as a form of purpose, and fashion as a language of connection.

BREAKING THROUGH THE LENS

This year at the Cannes Film Festival, Trussardi joined forces with Breaking Through The Lens; a platform dedicated to amplifying diverse voices in the film industry and fostering new narratives from within.

A natural meeting point between fashion and cinema, the collaboration reflects Trussardi’s ongoing commitment to creative dialogue, cultural impact, and the celebration of human stories.

In a moment that brought together filmmakers, artists, and changemakers,

Trussardi and BTTL hosted an intimate gathering during the festival. It was a

space for connection and conversation where fashion didn’t just adorn, but

aligned with deeper values of inclusivity and expression.
